Another positivity in Emirates City as the new community parks emerges, Emirates City is soon getting a community park! Yay!
The land, which was originally proposed and designed for “the lake” similar to Jumeira Lake Towers (JLT) in dubai, is now converted into the community park before being built. Ground leveling works along with side-walk pavement works has been started initially.
It is being observed that man made lakes are really a budget maintenance for the community owners, not to forget hefty maintenance charges! It is a wise move to provide more greener places for the family and children than lakes! Specially when its a deserted place with dust and sand dunes!
