H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi , Chairman , Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation in Ajman , launched the electronic system for issuing the land title deeds through an electronic credit system , to process transactions within a record time , reflecting the department’s plan seeking to render modernized services satisfying customers’ expectations and improving their experiences to raise their index of happiness. He explained that this service is the start of a new era of excellence in providing the best service to customers, and is a new addition to the five- star rating in the provision of services.
For his part , H.E. Yafe’ Al Farag , Director General , Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation in Ajman , explained that the electronic credit system runs along a simplified route that leads to positive results, such as increasing the efficiency, and speeding up transaction processing time, so that the customer can submit and receive the transaction simultaneously. Future plans also include stopping the receipt of paper transactions and transformation to electronic systems in all services provided, so that the customer can follow up the transaction electronically and communicate with the officials of the Department through the system without having to visit the customer service center.
