A delegation from the Real- Estate Regulatory Agency – Ajman chaired by H/E Yafea Eid Al Faraj, the Executive Director of the Agency and the engineer Mr. Hassan Al Hamadi the senior engineer of the operational and maintenance plants of the Federal Electricity and Water Authority, and a number of the real –estate developers in Emirates City has looked at the construction works of the power plant, which aims to meet the growing need resulting from the increasing inhabitants in the real – estate projects located at Al Amra area, which is aimed at continuing to strengthen the infrastructure of electric power and water activities in the emirate.
H/E Yafea Eid Al Faraj the executive director of RARA said that the Agency and in response to the directives of the leadership, carries out a tireless efforts in order to complete the issue of electricity supply for the real –estate through the coordination between the Federal Authority for Electricity and Water and the main and sub real –estate developers for the real –estate for the projects located in the areas allocated to the freehold, the matter that enhance the importance of Ajman as an ideal investment destination in the real –estate sector.
H/E Al Faraj added that he is very optimistic about the progress of the work in the real –estate projects located at Emirates City, particularly after the commencement of the construction work of the power plant and the demand of the properties in the Emirate, the increase of the trading volume of the real – estate units, that witnessed by the real –estate market in Ajman during the last two years and the beginning of this year, so many of the investors has registered in the Agency as new real –estate developers for the freehold projects.
Eng. Hassan Al Hammadi declared that the expected completion date of the construction of the power plant and the processing and completion of the necessary tests to operate the plant will be in the month of July 2018 to get ready to feed all the towers located in Emirates City.
