The Federal Electricity and Water Authority called on its customers to complete all their transactions through its smart channels in the framework of the precautionary procedures aimed at preserving public health and safety, related to the Corona epidemic (Covid-19).In a circular issued yesterday, Monday, FEWA explained that services of (refund of credits, new recommendations, drawings approval, activation of service, clearance and land clearance certificates) are done through electronic services, while the service of payments installment is done through FEWA’s website, and the rest of the services are done via e-mail sent to happiness customer centers in Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
